Role of the Organization in the Development Sector
GYPM IS working as a change maker in development sector on the basic issues of the communities. It is supporting the government for implementing schemes and programs as well as various network organizations on number of issues like gender, developing expermental modes for low cost cultivation methods for high yield and food surplus for food security of deprived section. It has also initiated such rights based process that will create social justice and dignity to the deprived
communities & Agriculture, dalit atrocities, gender based violence are the key issues. The organization has worked in organic farming and has developed a model. This has merited recognition and GYPM is now included in the Gazetteer with reference to this work. There is representation on Maharashtra Govt. Committees in this regard.
Future Plan of the Organization for Expansion/Growth
In ensuing period, the organization would extend its operational area to Chhatisgarh &. Madhya Pradesh. We would like to plan a self sustainable organisation through the marketing of processed MTFP with the help of SHG/Company
